Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

During this time of the COVID-19 Lockdown, all items will be shipped every two to three days.
We are currently offering free shipping on all purchases. It will be sent out Royal Mail first class. If the total is over £50, we will send it out it Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Tracked and Signed.
We aim to post orders within 2 – 3 working days.
Products will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. A flat rate of £2.95 will apply for within UK (Free shipping for over £50), and a flat rate of £7.95 for all other regions (Free shipping for over £100).
If you require your item on a Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service) then please contact us on and we can try our best to arrange and advise costs.
When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

A full refund or a replacement will be offered once 14 days from dispatch has passed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you will enjoy our jewellery but should you need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund or to exchange.
The exception will be for earrings which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Please send an email to with your order reference number 14 days of receipt. Once the items must be returned back to us in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund. The items will need to be sent back to us via recorded or tracked post and we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post.
For a bespoke design item, as designs should have been agreed prior to the purchase of goods required to make the jewellery, the items can not be returned unless faulty.
